Established in 2026, this award is given to a leader whose vision, integrity, and devotion to service have left an enduring mark on Montgomery County and its people through a career of service and steadfast commitment to the public good, justice, and inclusive government.
The award may be given annually or periodically as deemed appropriate by the
Awards Committee and Executive Committee.
