What We Have to Say

The MCCF publishes a newsletter ten times a year, a newspaper column monthly, and issues regular resolutions concerning issues affecting people living and working in Montgomery County, Maryland.  Why do we do it?

We want to improve the quality of life for all county residents.  We monitor county and state policies and legislation affecting our communities and quality of life.  We study the issues and advocate for all residents of Montgomery County.

MCCF’s Monthly Newsletter

The Montgomery County, Maryland, Civic Federation publishes the Civic Federation News monthly except July and August.  The News is only available electronically and accepts no advertising.  It is distributed to all members individually, then added to the website.  Readers are welcome to share the newsletter with anyone.

MoCo Sentinel

Weekly Newspaper Column

Members of the Executive Committee of MCCF write a column, the “Federation Corner,” for each issue of The Montgomery County Sentinel newspaper.  The Sentinel is published weekly.
